Woke up normal time with kids green light. 7:30am. Thatcher went downstairs and did some drawing. So able to stay in bed till more like 8:15

Felt solid. Waking up.

Last night noticed my left foot, near big toe started hurting.. wtf… ohh it’s from compensation, from hobbling around. So that’s not ideal.

Felt that a bit waking up. Not too bad. But then when I got downstairs. I had a cramp. Coconut water and salt helped settle it down. Just chilled on the couch most of the morning. A few times up and move.

Maybe the coffee not a great idea.

Had a protein and collagen shake.

Lauren at her workout, I walk outside. Back inside and upstairs. I get a cramp and needed to lay down for a few minutes. Consulting gpt about my symptoms. I’m sad about this.

I’m wondering if the cramps will settle. They will get less excitable. When the calves have repaired enough. The fatigue as lowered enough that if when they’re fresh again. Which. Hopefully shouldn’t take much longer. I gather the calf workouts and long runs. They just got cooked. So I guess a week of recover makes enough sense.

But the ask was if when they’re good, the cramps will freakin chill out.

I gather that’s the idea. Then working my way back. Will be some walking. And some calf rehab stuff. Along with quads and hamstrings and core.

Running slow has a lot to do with the ability to simply move your body properly. Endurance would be lots of reps. Low weight. Long runs is lots of reps moving your body. So

We’ll need to be somehow super careful not to get these calves fired up again. Thinking a massage would make sense.

Anyways. Thinking about the business plan for the second website. Phone case only.

We could run this experiment several ways. As in, different skins based on the target audience. Phone case Wizard can appeal to many groups.

The point is. Each of these could have a different theme to them. Target different audiences. Etc.

The point is. We need a stand-alone website with JUST custom wood phonecase as the product / service.

The current website. Just too much to sift around. This needs to be the only thing that’s available to buy on the website. Would reduce friction dramatically. Increase conversion dramatically. It’s also our most popular product. Historically. Plus highest priced. So double, triple, quadruple down on just this.

The standalone brand strategy.

Also the lead magnet built in.

Ai native.

The ability to prompt an image is now commonplace. The tech has also improved quite a bit. Went mainstream with gpt studio ghibli.

And we’ve been doing it in one of the corners of our website.

To have the wizard there. And for the chat to open as if you’re talking to this npc. It’s a little conversational Ai bot. And Owen can jump in too. But this is super scaleable. Train this wizard up to chat with each person who shows up to the booth.

This has a little story telling. Makes it more memorable. The wizard concept.

I’d like to test first. And I think it’s got nice mass appeal. Similar to Zelda.

How to test.. how to start.

Option A – a splash page, full screen. Text box in the middle. Well text or email you a digital rendering of your words.

If we can get people to test this out. Maybe we can the total number of people per day who can ask the wizard for a mock-up. (Owen)

If we can get 10 of those, 50, 100 of those. Submissions. How many could we convert?

Next phase. Is building the Ai into the wizard. Maybe a tiny delay for effect before your phone case is generated visually right there. You can save it to your profile, you get 5 free designs rendered. Choose from those, pay to wizard to have it made IRL.

So. An entry level to test the concept. And if we’re overwhelmed with people submitting requests. We simply throttle that, make a quantity available per day or whatever. That’s the best problem to have. If we sell out mock-ups. A pretty high percent of those would convert into a sale.
