I slept till 7:15. I was up at 4:15. But once again. I’m feeling my legs and I’m thinking arg. I think it makes more sense to use sleep to keep healing them. I got plenty of steps in yesterday. From a progression standpoint.

I’ll get out today for something. Could be a longer walk. Or I miight try and do a shorter run like 10 mins or something.

Yesterday I had no grabs. Nothing that needed me to stop and stretch. I did do some stretching. And a somewhat brief leg workout. Not too crazy. But we’re feeling good. Feeling good.

I’ve got the tens going on my left knee. Those have felt a little throbby. They kind of change. My big toes a little sore. I wonder. I walked around the block. Both times I had my flat wildling shoes on. Idea to strengthen my feet. or at least get them back working again after some time off.

8:31 — did a session on my knees with the tens. And they feel better already. I think moving the juice around them and through them. Getting them pumped.

9:53 — a big hip and leg stretch.

I think I’m gonna build my checklist in excel. For the golf practice protocol.

11:09 — i indeed put together a super simple excel checklist. now i’ve attempted to build an app that i could do this on my phone. which in theory would be pretty sweet. helps me know and remember what to do next. holds me accountable to go through the same routine, left hand right hand etc… and then if i can get a historical thing going, to chart how much of a full routine i can get done. session 1,2,3… could be pretty compelling. i know this protocol works, what i’ve done is tried to simplify it… and then help motivate me to work left hand and right hand. work through the progression knowing the results you get if you work through the progression. rewards you for going through all the steps. making it into just a few reps each setting, not sure if it’s enough, but if you value each of those reps then i think it will work.

i’m trying all sorts of stuff with this. trying to get something that i would actually use. now thinking if i had it just reveal one at a time. sort of like a videogame where you progress through each level. so the next thing you do is super obvious. see how far you get in the progression. the ideal is if you can get through all sessions within a day. or even if you just go back to back to back. we’ll see what it can do with my latest request.

this could be something i can share. if i can get it figured out. shouldn’t be too hard to make a video.

this is the torture i’m willing to endure.

this is the daily practice routine that every golfer should do… but 99.99% of golfer will never do it once.

the new chat gpt 5 can certainly do more. i was really struggling with it yesterday for it to try and draft me up something useful as the pdf, it had no idea how to keep things within the lines. and struggled to edit the photos it was creating for me too, changing up stuff that wasn’t needed and then just yeah making all these blunders… and then yeah the app building feature is dope, it takes a few minutes each time to iterate… and then you try it and make a quick change… it’s definitely time intensive… and it doesn’t always understand what you’re after. it takes a lot of iterations to get somewhere with it.

remembering now how many times i would have it buid me something for the habit tracker… and then there was a bug… so that was that much more time it needed to fix the bug, which is sweet it can fix the bugs… but it’s like… just that much more time to get something you can test so you see what needs to change and then you wait again…

2:47 — I’ve been able to build something pretty solid. I condensed my routine into a specific protocol. And then I’ve been working to build that into an app. To guide something step by step. To guide me. To help me learn it. Because. I went and did the wrong thing. Which is exactly why this is helpful. Even for me.

I’m seeing some different things to tidy up. Let’s test it out. Half the battle is knowing how to describe things. You can basically do anything. So then it’s like. Well. What if I struggle to articulate it. Then this is the point of this project. To get a grasp of how to communicate

6:15 — we went for another walk. We tidied up the house. We’re heading out for dinner tonight.

And my legs have held up amazingly. This. Is. Wonderful. To zip around and get stuff done. And feel fresh about it too.

Nobody has used strobes

Nobody has used strobes plus weight.

What I’m trying to express. Is the fundamentals of golf. You build off this.

And it was understood. Anyone who’s ever played gold. Understands. But. They don’t know how.

But when you know how. It’s quite obviously.

12:24 am — I have not stayed up this late in ages. I Wouk say still counts. As today until I fall asleep.

We were at Dan and crystals for dinner tonight which was amazing.

And then. Coming home first. I went and hit a few shots in the garage after expressing. I will make Dan and Andrew the best golfers in the world.

They’re setting it up at work. I’ll help. And everyone will benefit. Funny to say. But really. I’ll help each of them educate them. To find their own path to infinite.

And funny enough. Obvious. The things I take for granted. Are so foreign for the average golfer. Especially someone starting out. But also some on who’s been at it for a lifetime.

Nobody uses strobes. Or knows how to use strobes.

And nobody would think to add strobes and weights. I’ve barely done it.

But. I can’t wait. It’s the future.

Imagine starting clean slate. That’s what Dan and Andrew are up to. Both obsessed. You require that. Otherwise. Impossible.

But you have that desire. You can build it. No problem! It’s actually quite straightforward.
