2:52pm. At a wedding last night. Slept in till 1:30pm hah.
Legs feeling good. Uncertain if / how much we do today. Likely will want to get some kind of run in. But I also don’t want to injure myself if I’m not balanced with electrolytes or carbs or whatever the muscles need. I did get plenty of sleep, and in theory I feel pretty good.
