11:13am — so this week I did three days in the office. Monday. Tuesday. Wednesday. And now I’m working from home Thursday.

Getting a run in before work when heading to office is tricky. I went and hit the hill yesterday. I only got like 20 mins. I spent time previous doing some warmup and stretching. Fair. Ok.

Then yesterday I went through a full leg workout. Wednesday. The workout previous was on Sunday. So that’s solid. I need to look at what else I can do to build my quads. Without having a leg extension machine. I could maybe strap weight somehow to my feet. Etc.

Turns out I was doing what I needed to do. Especially with that heel raised squat with weight out front. do more of that for sure to mimic down hills.

Anyways. This morning I got up and was sleepy warmup. My right knee a little twingey. Doing hills noticed a few of those kind of tingly zips across the front.
