Alarm at 5:30
I got up and saw the temp.
Took plenty of time just laying there. Sort of warming up. Did get a ball in the hip and front and hamstrings etc
Run this morning. Got up and out. Around 7am.
Then slowly started picking up speed.
A little coughing from the fall leaves etc.
But after walking a bit and meditative breathing. All good.
The knees felt great right out the gates. So that’s dope.
Ran round the lake. Paste one of the points I had to turn back. However many weeks ago.
And then found hills.
Listened to goggins book.

Knees a littttle rickety.
The workouts have been solid to give me more shock absorption.
Need new trail shoes tho.
8:51 — we got the brooks caldera 8 trail shoes. The tread we were after. Deep lugs. But not insane. And solid upper for muck splash. Plus lots of cushion for longer runs. They areeee legit. I’m stoked.
I gotta try the large running vest. The medium was too tight. The XL was legit. But to cinch it down, was not ideal. But with water bottles. I mean. Not terrible.
