This afternoon I’ve been trying to get my nutrition dialled in with chat gpt. It’s been amazing. But also, was stuck in a loop there. Super annoying. Would not make me the pdf. Kept asking question after question lol.
Switched to thinking mode fixed that I gather. Now I’m hoping I’ve got it more or less figured out.
Race day nutrition fuelling plan. Based on my body weight. Etc. I said ok we’ll be out there for 7 hours. What’s the breakdown. When am I taking what.
And then to visually map where the aid stations are.
I’m expecting to be faster to leg 2 than what this is showing. Which is fine. The gels and whatnot every 20 mins is still going to hold true.
