9:09am— fix up my habit tracker. The clean version. Make those updates to make it a product. Should not take too much effort. And then get help posting it to product hunt. And me excel. Somehow weave in the plug for custom phonecase.

I have something tough. Something tangible. Which Ive been digging into as the proof case. Test case. I used it to go from non runner to ultra runner.

This tool made it actually pretty easy. Gave me grace. Seeing it for what it is. Versus how it feels. Which if you’re only going by feel. Or if you’re only able to really see so far. And it’s muddied.

Im excited to build out that other visual there. Each habit builds. Fills the calendar stack going down. The bricks is tracking that raw data. Vertical stack. But if you want to see the months in typical calendar format. Then you need a different sheet. But the data from bricks is perfect. Youve got the exact day the habit and the single point.

Listening to the kilian podcast. Triple crown. Those races now feel like what the 50k felt like. Those races would require that next progression of effort. Discipline. A proper challenge. An ‘impossible’ challenge by most accounts. If people close to me thought 50k was absurd, imagine I told them next I’ll tackle the triple crown! Yikes

2:37pm – absolutely crushed cleaning up the habit tracker. Did what I needed to do. So that it’s good to go for someone else to use it. Right now. Got that done. All done.

Realizing tho. I have not added the habit breakdown columns. The fill stack in calendar view. That’s really the big one I want to launch with.

I can build that out fairly easy tho. I believe.

I think the tougher one was to clean it up sufficiently for someone else. The toggle ended up taking quite a while. Just would not return me black text that was already black. So I said look at the fill instead. And eventually. Finally. It gave me something that worked. What a pain that was tho. Pretty key to be able to have that there. Makes the game much easier.

And then. Love the one click and it sets you up. Your start date. Boom boom boom. Very slick.

Climb on! So. Yeah. That’s very awesome to have it super tidy. And like. Figure it out. If you’re interested. You’ll figure out the setup. Takes you right there. It’s a big piece of this excel. Maybe figure out the weekend. Whatever. In theory. Could make a button that transferred it. Really just a matter of adding back the bottom borders. Probably good enough. Orrr we do build that transfer macro. Hmmmm.

This is like last time. I don’t want to keep adding stuff to it. Such a grind.

Ok. So if it sees the date is a Saturday or Sunday. Merge those. I’ve got that separated.
