Watched this guy get ready for Q school. His 9-5. So much inefficiency. lol. Also just like. Not nearly the grind that you could put on. Also. Just like. Yeah. A lot of waste. And wasted opportunity
Day in the life of a dad who dreams he’s a pro.
Wake up 4:45am.
Warm up, wake up with a hot shower.
Coffee up.
Some stretching.
Wondering if it would make sense instead of shower. To brush teeth etc and then stretch and warm up and then go for run.
Then after the run.
Do some short game.
Then after short game.
Get some pre workout.
Smash weights and mobility.
Stretch it out.
Shower.
Lols. Imagine I were to do this. Without my day job. In the middle of winter. This routine would be wild.
Ideally. I would hit the golf course. Play a round each day after doing a full practice session.
Then fuel up and bed early and do it again the next day.
One thing I’ve got right now that’s taking time. Is when you add weight to the club. It strains your muscles. Your ligaments.
So daily strain. But not over doing it. It just take. Long time to build that kind of strength in those spots.
