Feeling it in my wrists and forearm. +left leg

In addition to the left quad which is getting jacked up from this practice Ive been doing. Without stretching. Without strength training. No running etc. it’s getting worked tho. But yeah not really helping it along. Interesting to see how it is being challenged tho when tired.

Also I know the lower back. When working on the left and right hand only shots in particular. It’s plenty of strain to hold that position. Will continue to get stronger and stronger with these sessions.

The wrists. To be aware of. And to feel. Need to be on top of. Need to make sure I’m counter balancing.
