We’ll need to get rid of the planter box. Beside the garage hitting to the street. Put up a net above the fence. Would be nice and safe to rip into. Build up that area. Put down turf etc. more than enough space above for full swings. Could pipe heat from the garage if I wanted to do that as well.

Could put a hoop up there too as a little sports pad. Ideally a year round golf setup tho.

Alternatively. Could be where we put the sauna and cold plunge.

In that instance we would want to have the doors go out the living room. Maybe add to the house?
